Please note: An onsite registration fee of $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members for those not pre-registered to attend the conference. Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to September 5, 2025. A $60.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refunds processed. Cancellations after 9/5/25 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

The Family Child Care Association of New York State, Inc. will hold its Annual Conference on Friday & Saturday, October 3 and 4, at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Oswego, NY. We are seeking advertisements for our conference brochure, which will be distributed to approximately 100 early childhood professionals.
The Family Child Care Association of New York State is a non-profit, professional, statewide organization dedicated to supporting family child care providers and associations. Many family child care providers regard the conference as their greatest opportunity to network with others from across the state, learn new ideas & techniques, and re-energize for their work with children.
FCCANYS counts among its members - family child care providers, advocates of quality child care, parents, and child care agency staff.
We invite you to support the goals of FCCANYS by advertising in our annual conference brochure. The brochure will be distributed to all attendees, presenters, and exhibitors and is a wonderful opportunity to publicize your organization/business as well as demonstrate your support for quality family child care.

We invite your organization to be an exhibitor/vendor at the 2025 FCCANYS Conference to be held on Friday and Saturday, October 3 and 4 at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Oswego, NY.
Space availability is limited so please book early. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, vendors are requested to provide a donation of merchandise with a minimum value of $35.
Discount hotel rates are available. Please reserve your room using our room block link.
You are welcome to set up Thursday evening if you will be there on Friday, or Friday for Saturday morning, however please be sure your vendor table is ready for conference attendees by 8:00 AM. Please take note that neither the Best Western nor FCCANYS is responsible for vendor merchandise left unattended.
Exhibitors are asked, when possible, to have items for sale for participants to purchase and take with them. Participants are excited to bring new items back to their child care environments, and we find that your table will be more popular and lucrative if you have items to purchase. Please stock your table with many copies of brochures, catalogues and items to sell. (Each layout includes: 1- 6’ Table, 1 chair, 1 tablecloth).
